Cause Farm Creative brings together a dynamic and talented team of professionals to create great designs for your good cause. We collaborate with some of the best minds in the industry who have decades of branding, graphic design and interactive experience. And they strive to make a difference in our community.

Beth Goldfarb - principal + creative director

Blending her passions for creativity and good causes, Beth specializes in cause-related design and marketing. She has a long history of working with non-profit organizations. Her award-winning designs have been featured in Designing for the Greater Good, which highlights the best and most current work in the field of non-profit and cause-related marketing.

With more than 20 years of graphic-design experience, Beth has worked with clients that have ranged from boutique design studios to Fortune 500 corporations, including the Screen Actors Guild Awards, the Foundation for the Junior Blind and the Autry National Center. In 1999, following several stints as in-house art director, she left the corporate world and started b.g. design, a creative studio with a passion for working with cause-related organizations. Since then, she has been partnering with great organizations that believe in the power of doing good, forming personal and long-lasting connections with her clients.

When she’s not helping her clients make the world a better place or volunteering her time at hospitals with her dog, Scout, Beth recharges her batteries by traveling. She also loves scuba diving, photography, hiking and spending time with her adorable nieces.

Jackie Brown - graphic designer

Jackie graduated from San Diego State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and Marketing. Her passion for graphic design came from a love she has for all genres of art and design. Over the last ten years, she has created work for a variety of industries and companies showcasing her ability to acclimate to different professional realms from engineering firms to salons and spas.

In Jackie’s free time she enjoys good books, great coffee, spending quality time with her family, and volunteering for her church and other non-profit organizations.

Brian Gillespie - graphic designer

Specializing in branding and identity systems, Brian Gillespie has over 10 years of experience working in the advertising and marketing industry. After ascending to senior graphic designer at Weston/Mason marketing, he has spent the last three years expanding his level of expertise in web design and interactive media at Gillespie Design. With this new broadened creative repertoire, Brian has enjoyed designing materials for some of Los Angeles’s premier public organizations.

With an innate sense of how things work and fit together, as well as a skilled visual aesthetic, Brian’s talents are uniquely suited for creating layouts that both communicate effectively and are a pleasure to look at. Brian has developed designs for clients that have included The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Surviving Whole: Cancer, D.R. Horton and the Alta Bates Summit Medical Center.

In his off time Brian loves playing tennis, hiking, biking and developing pictures in his homemade darkroom.

Scout

Currently in charge of reception and security at Cause Farm Creative, Scout became a certified animal therapy dog in 2008 and is proud to now be a serial do-gooder like Beth. He counts “putting a smile on the face of everyone he meets” among his good deeds. Because he was adopted from a shelter when he was eight weeks old, Scout is a big advocate of pet adoption. When not at work or volunteering his time at hospitals, Scout enjoys chasing squirrels, hiking in the Santa Monica Mountains, curling up by the heater and eating his favorite chicken jerky treats.
